News alerts
The Aspire Capital website offers a service whereby users may sign up to receive news alerts in their mail inbox. In order to provide this service, we must hold details of those users who request this service. However, we only use these details to provide the service the individual has requested and other closely related purposes. When people do subscribe to our services, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.
Job applications
When an individual applies online to work at Aspire Capital Group, we only use the information supplied to us to process their application. Should we want to disclose information to a third party, for example where we want to take up a reference, we will not do so without first informing the applicant (unless the disclosure is required by law).
Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held for 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed, it will then be destroyed or deleted.
Once an individual has taken up employment with Aspire Capital, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that individual’s employment. Upon termination of employment with Aspire Capital, we will retain the file in accordance with the requirements of our retention schedule and then it will be deleted.

Aspire Capital’s website contains hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies, including cookies, and we encourage individuals to review them. They will govern the use of any personal information submitted or which is collected by cookies whilst visiting such websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and use of such websites is at the user’s own risk.
